Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations from Planning, Execution & Reporting
Ensure the H&S activities are regularly monitored and implemented
Monitor, measure and take remedial action on any operational process deviating from plan. Report compliance to delivery schedules daily, weekly and to date.
Analyzing agreed KPI information to ensure optimal efficiency & performance.
Managed the development of the operations through continues improvement and through the implementation of new procedures or processes to add value for both our client’s customers and for our client.
Reviewing & analyzing KPI with client on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate.
Reviewing & analyzing KPI with Transport subcontractor on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate.
Monitoring and improving productivity.
To work closely with all support department within the company organization.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree in any field
Having min 5 years experiences in Logistics and Warehousing, and at least 3 years as Warehouse supervisor, and 1 year as Operation Manager is preferable
Good in English written
Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)and Transport Management System (TMS)
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Familiar with MS Office (excel, words, power point)
Honest, good communication and interpersonal skill and able to motivate subordinates.
Willing to do business trip / traveling to all DCs in Indonesia
