HR Manager

Responsibilities:
Ensure employment schedule (orientation, assessment of employees on probation/review, the employee's brithday, etc). running on schedule and on time.
Ensure all employees have a designated payroll bank accounts.
Work together as a team both as Human Resource teams and across divisons to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure the administration of the insurance run in accordance with the provisions.
Administer and report employee absences.
Work together as a team both as Human Resource teams and across divisons to achieve organizational goals.
HRIS ensure data is always updated and accurate.
Ensure that all personal data confidential employee data and stored properly.
Ensure all HR documents (in the form of form, draft letters and reports HR).
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Toefl score of at least 500.
Familiar Ms. Office (excel, word, outlook,visio).
Understanding of comben.
Understanding UU Tenaga Kerja.
Have the human relations skills.
Have the management skills.
Have the coaching and ounseling skills.
Have the problem solving and decision making.
Fast learner, active, communicative, open minded, creative and hard worker.
Strong interpersonal skill to inspire patience, creativity, flexibility in others.
Excellent in oral and writen communication skill.
Good looking & good interpersonal skill.
