Qualifications:
MALE, max. 35 years
Background Education: min. Diploma III Degree (for Staff Level) or min. Bachelor Degree
(S1) (for Supervisor Level) - Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Electrical
Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Management or equivalent, with GPA Min.
3.00
Fresh Graduate or Min. 0-3 years work experience in The same field (Production Department:
Injection/Blowing/Moulding/Mixing/Filling/Packaging/Deodorant/Liquid), from Consumer Good
(FMCG) or PMA manufacture preferably
Have Strategics System, conceptional skills and be able to apply, humanity skills,
technical skills, Time Management Skill, Making or Taking Decisions Skill, Problem Solving
skills, Monitoring skills and Create Production Report periodically to the Management in
detail and in writing, and Presentation Skill.
Have a clear future Mission & Vision for The production, and Results-Oriented / Target,
Ability to organize and direct the team to Achieve Organizational Goals, and Able to
Continue Improvement & Innovation in Production
Fluent in English, or Japanese or Germany preferably
Willing to work Shift & Overtime, Willing to work directly in The field (Genbaism), and
