Responsible for handling allover Human Resources management (employee attendance, payroll,

Requirements:
Experienced in 3-5 stars Hotel is a must
Maximum 35 years old, Minimum Bachelor from Psychology/Human Resource Management/Law/Hotel
Management
Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in property and hospitality companies in a
managerial capacity
Experience in recruitment & placement, assessment & development, performance appraisal
compensation & benefits, Indonesian labor law & regulation
Experience in setting HR system & procedure is preferable
Excellent in English is a must;
Strong leadership.
