Responsibilities:
Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling Human Capital Department.
Managing and controlling HC team in Recruitment and placement, Orientation, Skill
development, Reward and Compensation, Payroll, General Affair and Social responsibilities
activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or
equivalent.
Required skill(s): human resource management, skill development, recruitment and selection,
payroll management, benefits and compensation, Industrial Relation.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
