Age maximum 40 years old
Education Bachelor of Law / Psychology/Human Resources Management from reputable university
Experienced in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment at least 4 years in Hotel Industry.
Excellent understanding about HR function such as : Training and People Development, Benefits and Compensation and Industrial Relation also understanding in General Affairs (GA) matters
Strong Leadership, Good Interpersonal Skills, Positive Attitude, Physically and mentally healthy
Able to operate Computer
Able to work under pressure
Preferably experienced in the field of hospitality/hotel
Discipline, honesty and high morale
Dedicated and loyal to the company
Initiative and can work with individuals and teams
