Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and maintaining a harmony in terms of Industrial Relation.
Lead in the negotiation of employment agreements and in advising on employee discipline and teh application of Indonesian Labor Law.
Resolve personnel problems and evaluate employees' performance
Administration of performace management for employees' appraisal, development and objective setting
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience as HR Manager for Oil, Mining, and Gas/Catering/Manufacturing Industry.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Have knowledge about Manpower regulation and good experience in Industrial Relation
Have excellent skills in: analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning, and organization
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Applicants must be willing to work in Papua Barat
