POSITION : Recruitment Manager
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - MM 2100 Industrial Estate
Responsibilities:
To manage all recruitment activities by establishing recruitment policy, driving recruitment team, and provide recruitment strategic plan to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled in a timely & cost effective manner and hire a qualified employees.
Requirements:
University background from Psychology
5 years of working experience in the same function (in managerial level)
Good command of English (both spoken & written)
Having good relationships with external recruitment agencies
Familiar with Psychological test
Willing to travel all around Indonesia
