Production Head
Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:
The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production activity. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying ateam approach and maintaining open communication. To plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually building sales and maintaining profitability. To performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service, and establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and clients and responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems
Requirements:

General Requirements:
Honest, loyal, dedicated to work, Smart, responsible, assertive.
Self integrity.
Logical and quick response.
Differential and analitytical thinking.
From well known Universities; from the Faculty of technical ( Electrical, Machine, Industrial ).
GPA / IPK minimum 3.0

Specific Requirements:
Experience 3 years in the same position.
Seven tools of quality management system, ISO 9001 management system, GMP, Six sigma.
English oriented (minimal), Preferable: some mandarin or Japanese.
Computer Literate
Must have good leadership.
