Lean Manager

Responsibilities:
Provide continuous improvement & Operational Excellence Leadership for the site including the achievement of annual business goals.
Serve as expert and consultant in Lean Subjects, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Concepts. Provide advice and assistance to Process Owner.
Lead and execute cross functional and cross site Lean Projects.
Lead Time 2 Market Project
Build up Lean Training System. Tailor and customize Lean Training courses according to site practice. Deliver Lean Training, cascade Lean Knowledge and Improve Staff Lean Knowledge and Skill.
Provide coaching for Lean Project Leaders.
Support development of Lean culture. Share best Lean practice experience. Communicate Lean Progress. Make Periodical Lean Reporting.
Requirements:

University graduate from a reputable university with a minimum 2 years experience at a management level
Hold a certified BLACK BELT
The candidate must have knowledge of Six Sigma, KAIZEN, VSM, TPM, KANBAN, 5S and other CIP tools. He/ She must possess the ability to introduce, gain buy-in and implement new ideas, procedures and methodology
The position requires somebody who has experience of project management and has initiative, good planning/ organization and experience as a trainer and facilitator
Good interpersonal skills are essential with excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
