We are a German Multinational Company and a leader in manufacturing of medical instrument is seeking for highly qualified candidate as :

POSITION : PRODUCTION FLOOR MANAGER
LOCATION : Semarang - Jawa Tengah

General Requirement:

Male, max 33 years old.
Technical Bachelor from reputable University with GPA min 3.0, Master Degree will be an advantage
3 years experience in Production Manager / Superintendent position and prefer from Multinational Company
Familiar with shop floor control & production system monitoring
Having production knowledge to optimize people & process

Have knowledge and considerable interest in ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18002:2008
Excellent English skill and fluently speaking. Able to speak German will be an advantage.
Having leadership skill, Team spirit / passion / initiative / analytical understanding / economic thinking / willingness to learn.
Placed in Semarang, Jawa Tengah
