Details Responsibilities :
• Assist walk in customer to fill in forms, request and other information
• Answer customer’s inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation
• Account opening and closing , account modification / update of customer data & profile

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Banking or relevant discipline
• Experience one (1) year and above as Customer Service in Banking industry
• Having good knowledge of Bank’s Products, Policy and Procedures
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin

Position : Legal Documentation Staff
Department :  Operation Group
Location :  Jakarta

Details Responsibilities :
• To check the legality of borrower asset/collateral provided by the borrower to secured loan
• To prepare any loan agreement, amendment, letters, security agreement and other legal document and document required for legality of loan’s signing as well as arranging signing ceremony.
• To put required clauses to assure loan agreement and credit documentation have secured the loan granted to the borrower
• To provide legal advice and opinion on credit extension, contract agreement and other general legal matters related to banking commercial law.
• To process the legal documentation on collateral provided by borrower such as account blocking, pledge, fiduciary transfer and mortgage, personal guarantor, and corporate guarantor

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Law or other relevant discipline
• Min.2-3 years experience (Banking experience is preferable)
• Good knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
• Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Position :  Credit Policy Supervisor
Department : Retail Credit Risk Management
Location : Jakarta

Details Job Summary :
* To support the credit policy process by executing the task
responsibilities by ensuring good quality of work and accuracy.
* To maintain relationship with internal/ external customer with high
integrity, respect and professionalism.

Responsibilities :
1. Examine documentation of credit policy to ensure new processes and
procedures are updated correctly.
2. Perform such other duties as assigned by the Credit Policy Manager
or Credit Policy Head.
3. The ability to function effectively as a team member.
4. Maintenance of the Credit Policy Function.
5. Assist to ensure credit policy is in adherence with core policy.

Requirements :
* Min bachelor degree from any major (marketing, business, economic
and engineering)
* Min 2 years experience in a banking knowledge, especially in
lending product and bank regulatory
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Good computer literate such as Windows and Ms Office

Department :  Corporate Banking Group

Details Job Summary :
* Managing, coordinating and monitoring all activities in the area of
Corporate Banking.
* To ensuring delivery of the group’s service to internal and
external customer.

Responsibilities :

Prospecting/ Marketing
1. Maximize bank’s revenue and maintaining a prudent risk exposure
2. Identify risks to customer and bank and to provide solutions
3. Manage the portfolio and relationship within team by doing
relationship planning, coordinating activities and managing credit
facilities
4. Assist and accompany subordinates in soliciting new business from
prospective client
5. Assist and accompany subordinates in negotiating with both new and
existing clients in order to provide better solutions
6. Assist other supporting departments in order to deliver good
services to client

Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant
discipline
* Five (5) years or above Banking Experience and 1-2 years experience
in the same position
* Have in-depth knowledge of the bank products and services such as
lending, funding and trade finance and forex would be an advantages
* Have good credit analysis capability (cash flow and spread sheet)
* Good knowledge of finance, the related branch operations and bank’s
Credit procedures and policies
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Excellent English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking
is a must
* Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
